Ask Mike: When are the other people in class doing their cardio / how do they fit it in?
Patty from the 6:30pm class asked this great question and I provided some answers to
her, but I thought I’d go straight to the experts (you) and find out what you do.
So, when are you getting your cardio minutes in?
What days are you doing cardio on?
How are you finding the time?
What are you saying no to now?
What did you used to struggle with or do you still struggle with?
Please share your answers below.
Your coach,
Mike

I do cardio 6-7 days a week. I always try to walk for at least 20 minutes a day on top of my cardio workout at the gym.
I have 3 kids and a full time job so my cardio usually needs to happen before anyone else wakes up. That means on the days I do not have bootcamp I need to still get up at 5 and be exercising by 6. One hour of cardio on each of the non camp days (yes even weekends)= 240 minutes- I vary it up, running, elliptical, cardio-kickboxing, everything else is a bonus. Wondering what I do from 5-6… make lunches, lay out clothes, pack back packs deal w/ the dog ect.
