Athletes by Alves / Change Your Body Boot Camps WILL NOT sell or share your e-mail addresses or personal information to outside companies. Any personal information you provide will be securely stored and used solely for billing and information purposes.
We value your business, respect your privacy and hate SPAM as much as you do, therefore your email address will NOT be rented or sold and your complete privacy is our strict policy.
By sharing your name and email address you will be emailed messages from Athletes by Alves and Change Your Body Boot Camps containing tips and information about body transformations, performance and fitness. You may continue to receive the newsletter until you ask us to stop. We also may send you offers, announcements and invites we think are relevant and that you may be interested in.
If you enter your name and email address, you will receive emails from mike (at) mikealves (dot) com. If you no longer wish to receive communication from us you can unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe, we provide you with two methods: you can click on a web link provided in your email we send or reply to the email with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

Return Policy
We guarantee body changes for busy people.
If you commit to and follow the recommended strength, conditioning and nutrition plan (this includes attending all classes signed up for, completing weekly conditioning goals, reading nutrition handout, attending nutrition discussion and practicing daily the new nutrition habits you’ve learned) as well as any individual recommendations made by us to you and you still do not achieve body changes, we will refund your participation fee for your most recent phase of boot camp completed, your most recent month of private and semi-private training and any advanced payments of monies for phases of boot camp, months of personal training or sessions of personal training not yet rendered.
All services (including private training sessions, private measurements, nutrition discussion, orientation, grocery shopping tour, boot classes and online training) whether used or not, expire at the end of the billing month (private training) or program phase (boot camp). Please use it or lose it.
Should you not be able to continue due to medical reasons, we will extend the expiration date to an agreed upon amount of time when we receive a doctors note.
You may transfer your purchased services to another individual that is a good match for our services for a fee of $25.
Boot Camp Pariticpants: All future payments will be processed on the Calendar Day you initially signed up on.
Private and semi-private training: All packages will be prorated based on your date of sign up and all future payments will be drawn on the 1st of the month.
10-DAYS NOTICE is REQUIRED via email at mike (at) mikealves (dot) com to suspend the auto renewal OR to downgrade your current package (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Athletes by Alves / Change Your Body Boot Camps would be more then happy to upgrade your package at anytime.
• There are NO initial joining fees, but there is a $75 REACTIVATION FEE to rejoin after prior cancellation.
30 days notice will be given by Athletes by Alves / Change Your Body Boot Camps for any changes in rates.
