(FYI: PB is located in Providence and the
regular shipping usually gets here next day
or 2 days at the latest.)
- Mini Bands 4-Pack (L, M, H, EH)
- Super bands (1/2″ and 1″)
- Dumbbells (pair of 8-15lbs women, 15-30lbs, men or Power Block (3-24 lbs, Sport 24 or 2.5-50lbs, Personal Trainer)
- Exercise mat (choose your length: 48″, 56″ or 72″)
- Foam roller (1′ x 6″ round is most portable, the 3′ x 6″ round is most comfortable)
- hand towel
- water bottle
