Bonus Week

Happy Recovery AND Halloween Week to you.  Recovery weeks are one of my favorites and combining it with a social holiday like Halloween makes this for a great week of recharging your battery.

Here’s the plan for the week.  You can choose to join us for bonus workouts (option 1), you can choose to bring a buddy and join us for the Freaky Fat Loss Pumpkin Workout  (option 2), you can do both (option 3) or you can do none (option 4).  Easy right?

Note:  all classes will be held at Mackenzie Center,  because it was easier to pre-arrange on short notice and it’s a wonderful space.

  • BW:  6am, Mon, 10/25 & Wed, 10/27
  • BW:  9am, Mon, 10/25 & Wed, 10/27/
  • BW:  6:30pm, Tues, 10/26 & Thurs, 10/28
  • PW:  6:30pm, Fri, 10/29

The bonus week training will consist of the (2) challenge type workouts, that are more individual than team, but are slightly less intense than the individual challenge day and (1) Pumpkin Workout using only a Pumpkin and your body weight for resistance.

The following week, November 1st, we’ll resume with a new program and plan.

*The reason you have to pay for the bonus week is because this wasn’t factored into any monthly billing agreements or phase to phase agreements you’ve already paid.

So there you have it.  You’ve got 2 Bonus Week Workouts AND a charity pumpkin workout to keep your momentum rolling.  OR you can take some time to R&R.  Either way, we’re on track and ready to fight the holiday season, sickness, weight gain and stress.
