Bonus Week

Here is the potential bonus week schedule for August 2 to August 6, 2010:

6am, M / W / F @ B&G Club
9am, M / W / Th @ Mackenzie
6:30pm, M / T / Th @ Mackenzie

The bonus week will be a continuation of Progression Week for workouts B, C and D (40:20, 30:30, 50:10 respectively).

The reason you have to pay for the bonus week is because this wasn’t factored into membership dues so I’ll have to pay for gym rentals and for my time.

  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off
  • Recovery Week: April 18-April 24

  • 4 weeks on, 1 week off
