Plan:
3 Workouts Per Week: (2) on your own, (1)* with me.
*I’m unavailable the weekend of 9/14 & 9/15.
The (2) on your own will be a track workout and a distance workout.
The (1) with me will be a track workout.
The (2) workouts on your own will be ~60min, the workout with me will be ~90min.
You can schedule your workouts on your own either on the same days of boot camp or on non-boot camp days.
