Phase #2- February 21 – March 21

  • 4 weeks on, 1 week off
  • Recovery Week:  Spring Break- March 22 to 27
  • Pre-M&T / Intro:  Sun, Feb 21, ~8-9:30am
  • ND & GST:  Sun, Mar 7, 10-12pm
  • Post-M&T:  Sun, Mar 21, ~8-9:30am
