Yes you do have to start on a specific day.  All new participants looking to try us out and/or become members must start at the beginning of a new phase, see &lt;a href=&quot;http://bootcampboston.com/schedule&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;schedule&lt;/a&gt; and attend Measurements &amp; Orientation.  Our next phase, Phase 2, runs January 29 to February 18.  Would you like to try us out?
