Thank you for your interest in trying out Change Your Body Boot Camps.
Before we proceed, let’s make sure we’re a good fit for one another. Please ask yourself the following questions:
- Are you currently pain & injury free?
- Can you at least walk a mile, preferably run a mile?
- Do you desire to get in your best shape?
- Are you willing to commit to and follow the whole plan?
- Do you promise not to complain, whine or say, “I can’t”, “it’s too hard” or “I’m tired”?
- Will you support your teammates both in class, outside of class and online?
- Do you know and accept that the commitment you’re about to make is a lifestyle change and will require habit changes, mind shifts, and the realization and acceptance that you will be sore and will experience growing pains not only physiologically but mentally, socially and nutritionally (will you do whatever it takes to achieve your goals)?
- Last, do you recognize there will be ups & downs, great days & good days and do you commit to forgive yourself when you slip up, and do you commit to get back up immediately and move forward with increased determination (will you persevere through the challenging times)?
If you’ve answered yes to all of the above questions, please click here to complete the online registration packet or if you prefer you can download the registration packet here: the registration packet. Once your completed packet is submitted, I’ll send you an introductory e-mail with the equipment needed, important dates and what happens after you try us out.
So go ahead and complete either the online registration packet or the downloadable registration packet and submit it to me.
Your soon to be coach,
Mike Alves

Hi Mike,
I am interested in the next session beginning on March 28. Is there any room left for the 6 AM Newton sessions?
Thank you,
Kathy
Hi Mike, I’ve heard great things about your boot camp. I will try to send my registration packet. Not so clear how to do that. Would love to start soon.
Thanks.
Hi – I would love to learn when you next session starts. Thanks,
Tracy
Hi Tracey,
Thank you for your interest.
May 29 @ 8am is the start of the next phase with Measurements & Orientation.
June 1 are the 1st classes.
You can see our schedule by clicking here
Kind regards,
Mike Alves
Since this is such a big commitment, can I come watch part or all of a class first? Want to make sure I’m up for it and this is a financial and physical commitment.
We don’t allow people to watch us train, unless you’re a child or elderly parent of one of the participants.
You can visit bootcampboston.com/1weektrial and answer our 8 questions to see if we’re a good fit for you. If we are, you can try us out for 1 week to see if you like it.
Thank you for your interest.
Mike
I am interested in the one week trial – I also would like to know the what the time commitment and actual time options for this?
Thanks…

9am, M / W / Th @ Mackenzie
6:30pm, M / T / Th @ Mackenzie

I need the renewal form sent to me again I lost your email from yesterday. Happy New Year.
Hello, I was wondering if we have to start on a specific day. I am going to aruba at the end of Feb and would like to get into shape before then.
Thanks,
Jason
Hi Jason,
Thank you for posting a comment.
Yes you do have to start on a specific day. All new participants looking to try us out and/or become members must start at the beginning of a new phase, see schedule and attend Measurements & Orientation. Our next phase, Phase 2, runs January 29 to February 18. Would you like to try us out?
If yes, please, fill out this contact form, answer the questions and follow the directions you receive once you complete and click submit.
If no, do you have any questions I can answer for you.
Kind regards,
Mike Alves
